The Kies collection by Studio Maximilian Beck consists of one coffee table and two side tables, all crafted from carefully selected hardwoods.
The work invites reflection on connections that outlast a human lifetime. Inspired by the erosion of sediment, it contrasts with the transient nature of modern life and redefines the idea of ‘slow furniture.’
The collection garnered significant attention at Dutch Design Week 2022 and ‘SLOW’ at the Museum of Decorative Arts in Berlin and has been featured in prestigious magazines such as Elle Decor España and IDEAT Germany.
Crafted from solid wood using advanced CNC technology, the pieces offer excellent scalability. Following the refinement of the 2022 prototypes, the collection is now ready for production.
